My experience with Fitz & Friends was absolutely amazing. Courtney is a true gem. This was our first time being away from Legend overnight & I was extremely nervous. From the moment we arrived to drop Legend off all my worries, nervousness and anxiety were relieved. Courtney was so welcoming & Legend took to her without hesitation which made leaving him in her care so much easier. Throughout his stay we received updated pictures, videos and progress reports. Communication was excellent. Drop off and pick up was easy & very convenient. I’m looking forward to using Fitz & Friends services again & I highly recommend their services for any pet care needs. My only recommendation would be if she could move closer to me(I live in Pennsylvania) lol but that wouldn’t be fair to her clients in NC lol. I would love to have her and her services near me but I’ll gladly travel to NC anytime to utilize her services. Thank you Courtney & Fitz. Thank you for taking such great care of Legend. Our pup had the best time with Courtney! It was our first time leaving him since we got him and Courtney made us feel so safe! She is very fe knowledgeable and loving! As well as caring for him, she went out of her way to help train him on thingS we were still working on with him! Overall courtney was an amazing pet sitter and would 100% recommend!
